Primary access is from Republikska Street, leading to an underground garage, complemented by two additional rear entrances for full functional flexibility.
Covering a total Gross Floor Area of 3,000 m², the hotel includes diverse accommodation options ranging from double rooms to spacious apartments and studios. The first level above the garage features a welcoming reception, a lobby area, a multifunctional event hall, and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace.
