The Company
Atelier Apollonian Architects Ltd. is an architectural practice based in Burgas, Bulgaria, founded in 2012. The studio provides comprehensive investment projects and carries out author’s supervision during construction. Our portfolio includes a wide range of residential architecture – villas, multi-family and single-family houses, hotels, and residential complexes.
We also specialize in the restoration and reconstruction of cultural heritage buildings, requiring deep expertise and specific technical knowledge. In addition, our team develops urban planning projects and manages the preparation and approval of complete project documentation.
All engineers and specialists in our studio have extensive experience in preparing high-quality technical documentation, ensuring the most effective and sustainable solutions for every project.

Radost Georgieva
Founder of AAA
The founder of Atelier Apollonian Architects, Arch. Radost Georgieva, completed her architectural education at the Technical University of Berlin and the University of Stuttgart, where she studied under renowned German architects such as Prof. Thomas Jocher and Prof. Arno Lederer.
During her studies, she worked at Ernst Frey Architecture and Urban Planning, gaining valuable experience before graduation. She later joined the atelier of Arch. Tanko Serafimov in Sofia, where for five years she worked as a lead designer on residential and public buildings.
Between 2019 and 2025, Radost Georgieva held the position of Chief Architect of Sozopol Municipality, further expanding her professional expertise in urban development and public architecture.
