Holiday villa

The proposed multi-family villa building is designed to offer comfortable holiday living by the sea in the villa zone of Budzaka, Sozopol. Situated in the elevated part of the area and close to two beaches, the property benefits from a calm residential environment characterised by low-density development and rich natural landscaping. The location provides an ideal setting for relaxation while remaining well connected to the coastal amenities of the town.

The project has a total built-up area of 1,000 m² and comprises nine apartments, distributed across three residential floors. All units are designed as one-bedroom apartments, with selected layouts allowing the option to create a second bedroom, depending on the client’s requirements. The ground-floor apartments feature private entrances and individual garden areas, while the upper levels offer generous terraces designed for outdoor living.

The terraces on the upper floors provide ample space for summer kitchens and outdoor dining furniture, enhancing the seasonal lifestyle of the residences. Each apartment is allocated a dedicated parking space within the plot, and the landscaped courtyard includes a shared green area for residents. The overall layout ensures privacy, comfort and convenient access, suitable for both personal use and holiday investment.

Modern Design.

The architectural concept is expressed through a clean, simple and contemporary form, emphasising clarity of volume and functional layout. The façades are finished with render and natural stone, creating a balanced contrast between modern aesthetics and natural materials. The restrained design language allows the building to integrate harmoniously into the villa zone while maintaining a timeless and elegant coastal character.
