holiday village

The holiday village is located in the forest area of Mapi, Sozopol, within walking distance of Kavatsi Beach, renowned for its long sandy shoreline. Surrounded by nature and close to the sea, the project is conceived as a compact seaside residential community, offering a calm and relaxed coastal lifestyle. The development is designed to provide accessible holiday homes, particularly suited to young families seeking comfort and proximity to the beach.

The project has a total built-up area of 2,000 m² and includes two types of semi-detached single-family houses. Each villa is designed as a two-storey building with an approximate built-up area of 130 m². The ground floor accommodates an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, connected via an internal staircase to the upper level. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensuring functional and well-balanced living spaces without unnecessary volumes.

Each villa benefits from a private outdoor area, including a dedicated parking space, veranda, green garden zone and an outdoor summer kitchen. The carefully planned private yards enhance the sense of independence and privacy while supporting outdoor living during the summer months. A high percentage of landscaped green areas within the complex contributes to relaxation, recreation and a strong connection to the natural environment.

Classical Design.

The architectural language of the holiday village is inspired by Mediterranean architecture, featuring pitched roofs with ceramic tiles, covered verandas with arches and façades finished with natural stone cladding. The design approach aims to achieve a feeling of harmony, subtle elegance and warmth, combining traditional coastal elements with contemporary functionality. The result is a welcoming and timeless architectural character that blends naturally into the surrounding landscape.
